Revesco Property Services, LLC (RPS) is a division of Revesco (USA) Properties, LLC (Revesco Properties) created to provide property & construction management services to retail, office and industrial properties which are owned by both affiliates and third-party relationships. We differ from our competitors in that we approach every asset as a principal; assisting our clients in achieving their end goal, whether it’s repositioning, ground-up development or long-term hold strategy of both urban and suburban assets. We also have capital available to invest alongside our clients, ensuring that our interests are aligned.

Property Management

Revesco Property Services’ management expertise encompasses a diverse portfolio of both urban/suburban high and mid-rise office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties. Our property managers are fully supported by an exceptional team of assistants, building engineers, and a full-service accounting department under the supervision of a CPA. We are capable of handling large-scale institutional portfolios, yet flexible enough to meet the specific needs of a private, single-building owner. Our team utilizes YARDI as our preferred investment management and property management software and can provide any level of reporting required by both foreign and domestic real estate investors.


RPS’s comprehensive approach to every project is delivered by seasoned veterans with a significant background in construction management and contract negotiations. Our goal is to improve the value of our client’s real estate investments through a clear and defined scope of work, cost control, quality assurance, and meeting tight completion deadlines. Our years of experience in construction management allow our clients to draw upon a vast array of services and expertise such as site assessment, due diligence, tenant improvements, building renovations, building additions, work letter negotiations, roof, elevator, and mechanical plant replacement.

Equity Investments

Through Revesco Properties, our parent company, we will selectively make $50,000 to $1 MM equity investments in our client’s properties as both a Limited Partner, and/or CO-General Partner. We find that by investing our own monies alongside our clients it further demonstrates our commitment to maximize the value of the underlying property and ultimately aligns our interests as the property manager.
